Winston Chen
Winston Chen is the Chairman of Paramitas Foundation. He previously worked at IBM and later served on the board of Intel. He joined Solectron in 1980 as executive vice president, CEO, and chairman of the board.
Winston Chen graduated with M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Harvard University, where he studied applied mechanics and applied mathematics. He is also from Taiwan, where he graduated from National Cheng Kung University.
Phyllis Huang
Phyllis Huang is the president of Paramitas Foundation. Before Phyllis joined Paramitas Foundation, she worked in various professional and managerial positions at KPMG and Hitachi Data System from 1987 to 2001.
Phyllis was born and raised in Taiwan. After earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting from National Cheng Chi University, she came to the U.S. and earned her master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Central Missouri.
